Reading subskills

There are things which I read for pleasure, as well as those I need for my work. The types of texts I read most often are emails, web pages, language textbooks and novels(although they are not always novels). I also read recipes, advertisements(or it's better to say announcements) and newspapers quite often. Speaking about reading skills I use, they are the following: skimming for emails and newspapers(it may turn into reading for detail), scanning for recipes, skimming or scanning for web pages and advertisements, extensive reading for novels, intensive reading, scanning, reading for detail for language textbooks(depending on purpose and the task to be made/done on the base of it).
